Fire the people who aren’t up to the standard you dreamed about when creating your company. Now take the percentage of people who you have just booted (for example I just fired 40% of my workforce) and give that percentage more in salary to those who are left (for example I gave someone a pay rise of 40%). This is the business you deserve.
