Nice to know that my efforts over the years come in at number 32 of HRWorld’s The Top 100 Management and Leadership Blogs That All Managers Should Bookmark.

It’s a cool feeling to be of some use in this massive information over-doped world. In sharing a place with some of the heaviest heavy weights on the internet I suppose I really should come up with something useful to say to all of these hoards of managers who are supposed to be bookmarking my blog now. Okay how about this – people don’t do what they need to do they do what they want to do. The trick is to make people want to do what you need them to do.
